Studies show it's easier to go to sleep if you have a routine you follow every night. So here's some suggestions and tips on how to go to bed easily.
O1-- ALWAYS go to bed around the same time every night, even weekends. I'd say give or take an hour AT THE MOST. SO if you sleep at 10 on weekdays, don't stay up till past 11 on weekends, or don't go to bed earlier than 9 even if you're super tired. The worst feeling is going to bed early [like at 8] and waking up at 10 or 11
O2-- DON'T EAT FOR AT LEAST 2 HOURS BEFORE YOU GO TO BED. I read this in readers digest a while ago, it's supposed to be bad to digest food or something.
O3-- Your routine.. keep it them same (or at least similar) some good routines are simple workouts. I personally do a modified version of the 5 minute ab workout, then I throw in some squats for fun. After that I look over my science notes and SAT study guide (Nighttime is a great time to study btw!) and then lay in bed. They say you're supposed to turn off all electronics but I use the Netflix app on my phone to watch cartoons or read see if any wattpad stories are updated before I sleep. I limit my time on my phone at night to 30 minutes though.
O4-- SET AN ALARM. This isn't so much about sleeping as it is being prepared for tomorrow

It's CLARICEE IN THE HOUSE~~
Writing up labs is an important part of highschool. Labs at my school (when you add them all together) count as like 30% of your science grade. So as you can see they're a major factor
So the easiest way to write up a lab is just to know what you need.
WHAT YOU NEEED~~
O1-Title
O2-Supplies
O3-Hypothesis
O4-Procedure
O5-Observation
O6-Conclusion

So let's start!
O1~Title. The title is basically just the name of your experiment and where in the book it is, like if I were looking at prokaryotic cells in Chapter 3 and it was the 3rd experiment I'd put
EXPERIMENT 3.3
The Study of Prokaryotic Cells
In the center of the document in bold
O2~ Just list what you used, for prokaryotic cells I'd probably put
Supplies:
Microscope
Slides
Coverslips
Graham Dye
and things like that in a list, I normally use bulletpoints for the list
O3~Object, what was the point of the experiment? To observe, to make a chemical reaction?
O4~ Hypothesis, what did you think would happen?
O5~Procedure, what were the steps you took?
Procedure:
Take the eyedropper and pull some of the bacteria out of the bottom of the jar of lake water.
Next, put the drop of water on the slide and place a coverslip over it.
like that
O6~ Observation- self explanatory, what did you observe?
O7~ Conclusion, what can you draw from what you observed and learned?
